What is Lifestyle Medicine?

27 February 2025

Who is Dr Chris Richards?

My name is Dr Chris Richards and I have been working in the NHS as a doctor for over 20 years.

I have been a GP partner for the last 15 years, and previously worked in hospital in acute care, paediatrics, mental health, cardiology, respiratory, gastroenterology, orthopaedics and gynaecology.

In the NHS I have an interest in dermatology and men’s health, but my real passions are aesthetics and lifestyle medicine.
